Special requests such as seating, meals, room types, or accessibility can be requested but are not guaranteed and remain subject to availability and supplier confirmation.
MRR can pass reasonable special requests to suppliers, such as:
- Special meals or seating
- Specific room types
- Accessibility needs
- Other travel preferences
Important notes
- Requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed
- Seeing a request noted on paperwork does not mean it is confirmed
- Conditional bookings (e.g., “only if request is guaranteed”) are not accepted
Medical conditions or disability
If a traveller has a medical condition or disability that may affect travel:
- Inform OVC before confirming your booking
- Provide full details in writing at the time of booking. OVC may decline or cancel if needs cannot be reasonably accommodated or if details are not provided.
