My Resort Rewards bookings require a deposit or full payment. Final payment dates vary by supplier, reminders are not sent, and bookings may be cancelled if payment is not received on time.

Deposits and full payment
- You may need to pay a deposit or full amount at time of booking
- Some bookings must be paid in full immediately
Final payment deadlines
- Final payment due dates are set by the supplier and will be advised at booking
- You are responsible for paying by the due date
- My Resort Rewards does not send reminders for outstanding amounts
Late payment risk
If full payment is not received on time:
- MRR or the supplier may treat the booking as cancelled
- Cancellation fees may apply

- BPAY and cheque (AU/NZ residents for some cruise/tour/package bookings; processing times apply)
