Cancellations can incur fees up to 100% depending on timing and supplier terms. Refund eligibility depends on supplier policies and funds must be received from suppliers before My Resort Rewards can refund.
Cancellations are governed by:
- My Resort Rewards booking conditions, and
- The supplier’s cancellation policy
Cancellation fees
If you cancel:
- Fees may be charged up to 100% of the total cost, depending on when you cancel and supplier rules
No‑shows and failure to cancel
If you do not cancel and you do not check‑in:
- You may forfeit the full amount paid
Refund timing
If you are entitled to a refund:
- MRR cannot refund funds that have already been paid to a supplier until MRR receives the funds back from that supplier
