Simply reach out to our travel consultants, provide a few details for verification, and your request will be taken care of.
What Information Can Be Updated
Customers and prospects can request updates to:
- Email address – to make sure you receive confirmations and important updates
- Phone number – so we can reach you if needed
- Name – for accurate bookings and membership records
For name changes, supporting documents may be required.

Contact the brand’s Travel Consultant or Customer Support team.
Share:
- Your full name
- Membership or booking number (if available)
- The details you’d like updated
- Any required documents (for name changes)
